Does anyone else find lots of errors in their reports?
Here are some of the problems I have:
Balance sheet - Click on a line item balance and it should run an account enquiry report, but says "no transactions matching…". Only sometimes though, even when I can run he report manually.
Aged Debtor Transactions report - Only includes current debts in certain circumstances, even if it is selected. So a report that should include current debts, doesn't. A completely incorrect total is given.
P&L - There was the error with not being able to drill down through the report. This was resolved after a couple of weeks. Except it wasn't fully fixed and took a further attempt by the developers to resolve.
There are more.
Am I the only one who is slightly over this?
