Under the Payroll & Compensation Info Tab, Taxes, TFN Declaration Date as below,

Does this send the information to the Tax Office with the first pay meaning the new employee does not have to complete the online form?

    Hi @Alison Hart

    That's correct. TFN declarations for an employee are now a standardised inclusion of STP Phase 2 submissions. This is also why the checkbox that was in previous versions has been removed.

    Just ensure that you have entered their TFN correctly and it will be included in the STP Phase 2 submission you create in Reckon Accounts Hosted.
