Reckon Hosted Profit & Loss

Hi a client wants to see their Profit & Loss without seeing a couple of the expense items on the list which are not running costs but funds put aside for certain items.
How to I remove just those couple of expenses from the report?

Change their account types to “Other Expense” then filter the report Account type accordingly 😊
Otherwise, you can Filter > Accounts & manually select all except those specific ones 😁

Hi Shaz I changed the account type for those 4 entries to "Other Expense" but now when I run the normal P&L it does not show up, so that was not ideal.
Is there a way to "Select all" in Modify/Filters/Multiple Accounts and then just deselect the few you don't want?

Please try the below steps:
- Modify the P&L report and select Filter tab
- Choose Account
- Click the drop-down list
- Choose the Multiple accounts
5.Click on the very first checkbox and hold down the mouse button
6.While holding down the mouse button, move the mouse downwards so it starts to scroll down the page.
7.Release at the bottom, then you can manually go up and unselect the accounts you do not want
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,

if you do a normal profit and loss directly from the reports list it will show the Other Expenses at the bottom of the Profit & Loss
