RE: reporting amount is different from the YTD amount on last payslip

HI,
i have a question about the YTD amount. on my reporting, it shows less than 880 ( 1 pay run ) compare to the actual YTD amount on the last payslip. is it possible to make those two number are same.
Thank you.

Hu Karen,
The figures on payroll report & payslip I mean. Sorry for confusing. The amount in payslip is $17,600, whereas the other shows $16,720. The employee has $880 on his fortnightly wage.
Thank you

hi Klaura,
apparently, all the pay run has been deleted and updated payrun had been made ( same date with previous payrun ). so, i m not able to see where the error come from. is there anyway we can check history of payrun ?or create new pay run with $880 to make it balance with the figure in payroll report ?
much apprecited,
jennie

Hi @Jennie,
Creating a new payrun won't sort out the report in this case.. I need to check your account and investigate further. Are you okay with sharing your email address to Reckon Payroll? You can send it to me in a Private Message.
Best regards,
Karren

Hi @Jennie
The Payroll Summary report that you've attached above does not include any pay balances that have been added to the employee's profile as an initial YTD balance.
As a starting point, I'd recommend checking whether there is an initial YTD balance entered for this employee by going into their profile ➡️ Click Edit Details ➡️ Select the Initial YTD screen

Hi @Jennie,
As discussed, if you think these amounts are duplicates and have been entered in the Payrun, you can remove these Initial YTD balances. As was previously mentioned by @Rav
Initial YTD amounts are not included in the payroll summary stated. This isn't a problem. The amount shown on the Pay slips will be the same figures submitted to the ATO.Let me know if that resolves the issue.
Best regards,
Karren
