Please provide the ability to sort all payroll reports

Can you please provide the ability to sort all of the payroll reports into more logical formats eg the Payroll Details report appears to come out in a random order. I need this report to be sorted alphabetically by either first name or surname. It would certainly make pay day easier for me.๐๏ธ
