Scheduled Maintenance - Reckon Accounts Hosted (31 March 2025)
Hi everyone,
Apologies for the short notice, however we wanted to give you a heads up that we will be performing maintenance on Reckon Accounts Hosted this evening.
We have been looking into reports from a small number of Reckon Accounts Hosted users who are encountering a -6000,-83 error message when opening company files.
Unfortunately, we haven't been able to narrow down the root cause of this issue so in order to look at this more closely, Reckon Accounts Hosted will have an outage period tonight.
The maintenance period will occur tonight between:
31 March 2025, 8:00pm - 12:00am (AEDT)
This maintenance work will affect both Australian and New Zealand Reckon Accounts Hosted users.
You will be unable to login or access your data files during the above time period and we recommend that you log out of Reckon Accounts Hosted prior to the maintenance period commencing. Any users logged in at the start of the maintenance session will be logged out automatically.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you all for your patience as we carry out this work.
