How do i turn the sounds off

I am no longer able to turn the sounds off - message comes up that "Window setting is not supported in the product" I get the same message in Display

    Hi @KJB

    Can you let us know which option you're trying at the moment?

    Are you unticking the Beep when recording a transaction option in Edit ➡️ Preferences?
