#TipTuesday - Using Reckon Accounts built-in Help feature 💁

Reckon Accounts is an incredible accounting software that includes a robust built-in help menu. Sometimes this feature can get overlooked so I'm excited to walk you through the process of discovering and making the most of this amazing resource.

Finding the Reckon Accounts help menu

  • Navigate to the top menu bar and click on Help
  • From the dropdown menu, Select Reckon Accounts Help.

Searching for help topics

  • Once the help window opens, you will see two options: Index and Search
  • Select the Search tab and you can type in Keywords such as ; Invoice, backup data etc
  • Press Enter to view a list of relevant help topics

Navigating help topics

  • Click on a topic from the search results to open it.
  • Read through the detailed instructions provided.
  • Use the navigation buttons Back, to move between topics.
  • If you prefer a hard copy, you can print the help topics by clicking on Print on the top of the menu.
