Upgrade problem with Home and Business 2017 Release R1

I want to update Home and Business 2017 Release R1 to the latest release. I have a current subscription which covers annual updates.

I am getting the following error:

    Where is this error appearing specifically? ie. what action are you taking when this message pops up?

    Are you installing the current v31 edition of Home & Business?
