frozen screen

When I do payroll in reckon hosted now when you email it comes up with a problem window and a code C26. Then if you go to print it freezes the whole program and you can not log out. I have tried to go to the home screen and it is frozen so will not let me move forward. So frustrating as i can not do a thing until it decides to start working. I have also tried shift cntl windows button B and nothing happens either. I have also tried alt and page up. Help please

    Hi @SHARON KURRLE

    If you close the tab and then log back in, are you able to access the Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel before launching your file?

    If so, can you please logoff any active sessions in the Hosted control panel first and then launch your file and try again.

    Does the same thing occur after doing so?

    No it doesnt, it has only just recently happened for some reason. It used to be fine and before the last update just went into this crash/freeze mode only when you are trying to print out payroll payslips for some reason.

    when you close out it still comes back in the frozen stage, this morning i had to log out remotely. It is very frustrating when it happens. Also when you send the payroll by email it comes up with a C26 code and says to log out and back in for some reason.

    Ok so you're able to logout sessions from the Hosted control panel, correct?

    Can you please post a screenshot of that error message you're encountering on-screen? I don't think I've seen that particular error message before.
