Payment successfully created after payrun but can't find it

I have just created a payroll, system also say payment successfully created but can't find any records of it, what to do with it? Thank you

    you can do a payroll report to see the complete payroll, or you can go to Employees, click on each name and see the pay for each employee

    Hi @Zheng

    Once the paycheque or payment is created, you need to submit the pay run to ATO. Please confirm if you have submitted the Pay run to ATO.

    Hi @Zheng,

    If a payroll was successfully created, there should be a paycheque transaction for each employee in that pay run visible in the Employee Centre.

    If nothing is showing up, it might be worth trying to create the pay run again?

    If it happens again, please let me know and we can investigate this further.
