Reckon One has received an update today which adds some handy payroll enhancements! Check out the inclusions of the new update below!
✨ Validate Beam batch on Lodge
We've enhanced the Beam batch lodgement workflow to both simplify the process and also reduce submission errors. Previously, you needed to manually select Validate before lodging in order to check for warnings. With this update, Reckon One will now automatically perform a validation when you select Lodge.
Any errors and warnings will be displayed immediately, allowing you to review and decide whether to proceed with lodging, even if warnings are present.
✨ Employee selection disabled when saving an edited pay run
When editing an existing pay run and selecting Save, the employee selection list will now be temporarily disabled to prevent potential errors from occurring if an employee is added or removed whilst already in the progress of saving.
✨ Added superfund
The Australian Ethical Retail Superannuation Fund (USI: CHR0001AU) has been added to the Superannuation Funds list in Reckon One.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Fix for Other Leave types
Other Leave can now be entered in an employee's pay run without first having any leave pay items associated in the employee's profile.
Employee ABN in employee profile
We've ensured that the ABN is displaying for an employee that is assigned the Voluntary Agreement employment type.
