Software Registration

I have uninstalled 2022 version of Personal Plus, rebooted, then downloaded V31. I successfully installed with new product key, but when I try to use the software, I get a screen telling me to register or close the program. when I click the Register button, all I have on the screen is a minimised screen which gives no information on what is happening, nor can I maximise the view to see any fields that I may need to add information to. If I hit the Close Program key, it takes me to a screen that seems to be for registration. The only way I can close the program is to use Task Manager, end task. I have called the help line multiple times with no resolution. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

    Could you please try pressing Windows key + Enter or possibly F11?

    We need to try and maximize that window for you, so we can get you registered.

    Hi Lucas, We tried the F11 key yesterday and it didn't work. I have just tried the Windows key with Enter, no joy either. I had previously tried using the properties on the pinned shortcut program icon on the taskbar, where the selection was Normal and I changed it to Maximise. It was only today that I could just see the top of the button to click to apply that selection. When I did that, it gave me the screen view to allow me to complete the registration. Thank you for your suggestions for resolution. Perhaps you need to keep my issue in the reference kit for anyone else who may be experiencing the same issue.
