Connection to GovConnect


Hello,
I'm trying to finalise the years STP payroll data for the business after selling it (but kept our ABN) but it appears the business ABN is not linked to my login.

This might be a silly question but have you been successfully sending STP submissions for this ABN previously?
If so, are you logging into the same account that its registered under in GovConnect? What is the specific ABN?

Yes sparingly as another person did most of the STP submissions; but with the sale of the business there has been changes in email addresses and it appears that has affected mu connection to the business ABN.

Thanks for that info @BMR3820h, yep it sounds like we might need to take a look at where your ABN is registered and compare that to the account you're currently logging in with.
Can I grab the ABN please and I'll check a couple of things on our end.

Thanks for that, you're absolutely correct. I've just had a quick look and I can see that your ABN is registered to GovConnect under an email address that is different to the one your Reckon Community account is registered under.
I'm assuming you're logging into GovConnect using the email address your Community account is under which is why the ABN isn't appearing. I'm going to shoot you a private message with a little more info.
