Printer not activated, error code -60 - Terminal Server


Reckon Accounts Premier 2024
Server 2022 with RDS role installed.
Followed the below guide to complete the initial installation.
Install mode used Install Reckon Accounts Only
Can't generate any PDF's. Have spent hours and hours with Reckon support to try resolve the issue. Done all the re-installs, registry key permissions etc.
My own research seems to suggest that the Amyuni PDF converter driver that is installed by default is licensed for desktops and not servers, hence failing activation.
What are my options to get this working as documentation states that terminal server is supported?
Any assistance is much appreciated.

Thanks, as mentioned, been through all these guides already and it has not resolved the issue.
I was hoping someone at Reckon could escalate this internally and advise alternative solutions.
