I have Reckon Accounts Personal 2015 which I am happy to continue using. My computer hard drive crashed & I had to install a new hard drive, so all programs had to be reinstalled. I did this with the download of RAP2015 from my Reckon account. Each time I installed the program it worked until I closed the program & tried to open it next time. The message I received was "This does not appear to be the same computer that your software was originally installed on. I called Reckon & received a new licence ID. I do not have this software installed on any other computer. Is someone able to help please?
