Congratulations Reckon, you've crippled our business again by intentionally preventing us from using the software that WE PAID FOR.
We have a very complex system that (unfortunately) includes your product. When you unilaterally decide to disable our software like you did yesterday, it costs us thousands of dollars in man hours trying to re-engineer our system to get it working again.
As I write this, we are dead in the water because the ODBC driver that we are in turn forced to upgrade when you bully us into using a different version of your product, doesn't work either.
This is not the first time you've done this to us.
I know it's pointless to ask because a company as out of touch as yours undoubtedly has no provision to do it - but if you could please re-enable Reckon Accounts 2023 it would be greatly appreciated.
And please don't give me the line about "security", we understand the risks - they are far less devastating than the situation you've put us in - again.
