We’re excited to share that the Reckon Portal has received a fresh new look!
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience, the Reckon Portal login page has been given a modern makeover with a cleaner design and updated visuals. While it may look different, your login details remain the same and you'll be taken to the new login page the next time you visit the Reckon Portal.
💻 New URL
You may notice the Reckon Portal now has a new URL - https://id.reckon.com/login/ when landing on the login page.
Don't worry though, if you've got the previous URL bookmarked, or still use the old URL, you'll be redirected to the new login page 🙂
🔒 Updated MFA screen
After logging in, you'll notice the look of the multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompt has also been updated. Your existing MFA will remain intact and everything will work the same way.
To revoke your MFA using your Recovery PIN, select the Can't Access Your Device option.
💅 Updated book tiles
We've updated your Reckon One book tiles with updated styling but more importantly, to provide clearer details about your plan.
📚 Creating a new account
If you're new to Reckon and creating your account for the first time, you'll be taken through the new streamlined account creation process and slick new screens which makes setup even easier.
