Sending Multiple Reports to Print - not working

Hi Team,

Since the New platform has started, multiple reports will not go to print at the same time. Eg. When I do a bank rec, I ask for both Summary & Detailed to go to print but only the Summary page does. I have to go into reports for Banking, previous rec to be able to print the detailed Report for the month. Also, when I try to send all my reports to print for Employee wages, even though I want all pages to print, only the first one will. If i send them all the display, then I manually have to send each page to print. Can this be fixed like the old platform??

In regard to the above, can you please give this a try and let me know if works for you?

After you click the Print option with BOTH selected, the Summary report will open on a new tab for you to print. Once it does, go back to the Reckon Accounts Hosted tab and take a look at your address bar, do you see this icon?

If you do, click it and then select the option to Always Allow Pop-ups ➡️ Done.

The next time you select the option to print both, the Summary and Detail should open for you.

Could you give me a bit more info on this 👆

Do you mean that a report that generates with multiple pages is only printing page 1? Does this occur on all reports that you attempt to print?

Can you step me through the process you're going through.
