Not receiving MFA code - Vodafone

as of just now I cannot receive my code. Either in Firefox, which I always use, or in Chrome. Need to be able to access on the weekend

    Do you usually receive your MFA codes by SMS or do you use an authenticator app?

    I’m with Vodafone

    Just logged in to another file on Firefox and code received- not on my phone in this case

    Ok, thanks for that. Can I please get you to switch your phone to flight mode for 2 full minutes and then switch it back off. That should force your phone to poll your network provider and hopefully triggers your messages to come through.

    Also out of curiosity, which mobile network provider are you with?

    Nope didn’t help - Vodafone

    Thanks for trying, let me see if I can find someone on our end who is also using Vodafone just to test if they're also not receiving codes via SMS.

    Ok Rav I changed the phone number for another entity to my number and that code didn’t come through either. So must be Vodafone

    That's a good test. I'm assuming its something temporary and you'll probably notice them all come through in one big lot soon.

    I'm not on Vodafone myself but I tested on Telstra and it seemed to work ok and I'm not having much luck finding anyone on VF at the moment.

    In the worst case scenario, I can help you switch over to an authenticator app instead for MFA just as a temporary measure but lets save that for last.

    I’ve just had to login to a super company and I received that code OK

    just tried again on Safari - no luck

    I don’t want to use the authenticator but might have to so I can do wages and BAS. How can I change it if I can’t get a code? Is it Google Authenticator?
