MFA Code Not Being Received

hi

im not receiving the MFA code tonight. i put it on aeroplane mode and ive switched off the phone as well….im sending and receiving sms…im on vodafone so im not sure if this is why

Any help will be great appreciated

    I’ve been having the same trouble and did some troubleshooting with @Rav , we agreed that I should wait till tomorrow and if it doesn’t work I will switch to the Authenticator app for the time being

    Can I just confirm if you're with Vodafone as your mobile network provider?

    Oh yes of course, apologies missed that in the opening post 😩

    @Nick_8326929 it looks like Vodafone are having some issues with SMS at the moment unfortunately.

    seems like only Reckon though, my SMS is working fine with others, even a login code for a super company came through
