Shareprice downloads - very slow

Since the recent update the shareprice downloads take anything from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. I have 4 shares and ASX 200 to download! Does anyone else have this issue? How can it be solved so it is a speedy process like it used to be? Speaking to Reckon has not helped.

    Mine just took 10 second, so we need to see what going on with yours.

    Brilliant assistance to finally work out what the problem is with the new version. I can't have the VPN on. Previous versions worked fine with it on but not the latest one. Also removed the currencies - only 1 ticked, now none ticked but they still update! For a mark out of 10 I'd have to give 70 because it took a little time to work out because all issues sorted. It just worked as it should! VPN off. 😀😉🤩
