Hello

is there an issue today?

The platform and reports is taking a long time to load.

    There are no performance issues or outages with the Reckon Accounts Hosted service at the moment.

    If you're experiencing slowness, the first thing I'd recommend ending the active session in the Hosted control panel and then logging out. Log back in on an incognito browser window and then try again.

    If the same behaviour persists then my next recommendation would be to ensure your file is not the contributor to any bottlenecks in speed.
