There are no performance issues or outages with the Reckon Accounts Hosted service at the moment.
If you're experiencing slowness, the first thing I'd recommend ending the active session in the Hosted control panel and then logging out. Log back in on an incognito browser window and then try again.
If the same behaviour persists then my next recommendation would be to ensure your file is not the contributor to any bottlenecks in speed. The best way to address any file-related issues is to perform some common file maintenance tasks and I'll include some resources as a starting point here -

Failing that, then I'd recommend giving our technical support team a call while you're encountering the issue so we can have a technician observe the behaviour and try to assist.
