I've been logged in and using it for the last few hours. No problems here

I've been logged in since 7am this morning, it was fine but last hour or so it's doing this.

I'm now trying to verify data and it is doing the same thing "not responding"

    Hi @JO-ANNE_7327707,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this again. I was wondering if you've had a chance to follow the step outlined by Rav in this post?

Software Loading Time — Reckon Community.

    Best regards,

    Karren

From what I've seen with some clients, that can happen if your file is abnormally large or if you haven't maintained it.

If you're verifying, it'll still be working in the background even with the not responding message. You just have to wait for it to finish.

I verify the file on a regular basis.

I have just come back to the pc after leaving it for 15 minutes, it is still on 0% and not responding.

You need to do more than just verify it. How big is your file?

It sounds like you probably need to rebuild it. I've learned from this Community that rebuilding 3x is the play. You should probably re-sort your lists while you're at it and maybe create a portable backup.

    so far this morning

I've done a verify, I'm now doing a back up, then I will do a rebuild.

this process so far has taken me two hours

    The file is quite big.

Sounds like your file is the problem rather than the service itself.

How big is your file exactly? 5MB, 500MB, 5GB, 500GB???

It sounds like it sorely needs a rebuild. You should probably create a portable backup as well.
