See Clipboard box doesn't have "Allow" buttons visible and just stays there blocking the menu

Hi,

In the new Reckon, see below that no "Allow" button is showing for us to select. We cannot get rid of this box - it just stays there which is annoying even if we are not wanting to use the clipboard. What should we do? Thanks.

    My recommendation would be to use Google Chrome, as it is the recommended browser for accessing Reckon Hosted.

    Alternatively, you could try adding the URL to the allowed sites under the Cookies and Site Permissions section in Microsoft Edge settings. This approach resolved the issue for another user. However, I wasn’t able to replicate the same message on my own system, so I couldn’t test this solution personally.

    Thanks Jason. I added the url above to the Clipboard settings in Edge and this appears to have worked. Thanks for your help.
