Broadcast message won't turn off

This message won't turn off. I keep checking the box.

    Can you do me a favour and try this out the next time it appears -

    • Tick the option to not display the messages in future like you have been on the message window when it appears
    • Next, end your session by going to File ➡️ Exit
    • Ensure there are no active sessions in your Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel, if there are, log them off.
    • Launch your file again

    This should prevent the message from reappearing when you launch your file again but please let me know how you go after trying the above.

    Hi @John McGrath

    Just to clarify, does this message appear each time you login to a new session on Hosted or does it reappear when you're performing a certain task/action?

    Hi Rav, It appears on each login. Not at any other times.
