Every time I try to open my Reckon Home and Business Account


it always asks me if I am a new User it doesn't seem to hold my accounts in Memory, I always have to restore From my Back up copy , I have plenty of Memory

This can occur for a few reasons and I'd recommend checking out the info in our help guide here -
In particular, I'd strongly suggest ensuring your file name is less than 8 characters in length as outlined in the article.

Thank you for responding I am using Reckon Accounts Home & Business V31 it is not Hosted it is Desk top

Have you saved the working file location to C:drive
