Recent file history not updating after hard drive replacement

Can I get a bit more info on what's happening here. Is your list of previous company files only showing the last file opened?
Hi Rav, thankyou for taking this on.
Four previous companies are listed, since replacing the hard drive this very handy list has not changed.
Clicking on a company brings up a message "Could not open file: E:\USERS\Stephen.QDF."
Companies can still be found scrolling through the list.
This one has our IT man stumped.

Could you also confirm which version of Reckon Accounts Desktop you're using? It looks a bit different from mine. For reference, my recent file history appears like this:
@Stephen_10863767 You are using the Personal Range and you need to setup a lot of things, best to call me and i will work thru them with you.
