Updating Equities

Question

I have Reckon Personal Plus and have added an equity (Amcor - AMC) but it will not update it it each night yet despite the code being correct.

I used to have this equity a couple of years ago and sold them and had no problem but now I have purchased some more and cannot get it to update the price each night.

I have used the Lookup feature and it says it doesn't exist but the code is correct.

You were right. The equity was not ticked in the equities list.

All fixed now.

I had a look in the sample file and it worked perfectly so there is something in your file setup etc.
