License Renewal


I paid my renewal license but I can not open my reckon Personal Plus 2022 V31because it says it has expired.

you need to uninstall the 22 version and install the v31

I have already V31 But Last week I paid my renewal. I received payment receipt from Reckon that it is paid. But still it says it is expired. I uninstall previous version and installed new version by using previous installatioin key but it says still expired. Do I need a new installation key.

and from where I will get new installation key. Should I ring Reckon.

Yes I got installation key from members site and I have installed the new software. Thank you and appreciate your help.
Do we get every year new Installation key when we renew Reckon ?
Do we get each time a new installation key when there is a new version during the year?

yes we do usually only once per year

I have the same issue with License Renewal. When I first start Reckon Accounts it asks me for the License Key, which I enter and Reckon accounts opens okay, but when I close Reckon accounts and open it again I get the following screen.
Please advise how to solve this issue

you need to check the file location and also the name length. no more than eight characters

Software is installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Reckon Accounts Personal
Data is in C:\Users\Peter\Documents\Quicken with file names QDATA.xxx
This problem has only occurred with the license renewal. The fist time I restarted Reckon Accounts it asked for the

I have finally resolved this issue by redoing the license option with: "Start over with a new Installation Key" and putting in the same license key as when I started Reckon Accounts after the installation.
