Bug: Imported transactions are being auto-applied for one account

I have a bug with the latest version of Reckon Accounts Personal Plus (V31 Release R 1).

If I import transactions into a home loan account (located under the Property & Debt section) the transactions are successfully imported but they are auto applied without giving me the chance to accept, decline or modify them.

Initially there was a Downloaded Transactions tab at the bottom which was empty once expanded. I clicked on the Done button (it appeared there) and since then, if I import more transactions they still get imported successfully and auto-applied, but there is no Downloaded Transactions section any more - not even a tab. It's just not there at all for that account.

For my normal bank and credit card accounts there is no problem - downloaded transactions appear in the Downloaded Transactions section and I can accept or modify them etc.

I tried validating my QIF file. Validation completed successfully.

    UPDATE: If I stop and restart Reckon Accounts Personal Plus, the downloaded transactions tab appears again, which results in a Downloaded Transactions section once expanded. However if I click on the Done button, it does not appear again until I restart the program.

    The Scheduled Bills & Deposits is present when the Downloaded Transactions tab is present, and absent when the Downloaded Transactions tab is absent (i.e. when one tab disappears, both tabs disappear and neither reappear until I restart the program, in which case both reappear).
