reinstallation of programme


My personal plus programme is locked. I have downloaded the updates but cannot loadinto the system. nothing is making any sense. can i get some assistance to reopen my programme please.

Agree with @GerryWinter, can you please provide more information on the actual issue.
When you say the software is locked, what does that mean? If you try to launch the software what is happening on-screen? Are you encountering an error message? If so, what is it?

After 3 calls I finally received help from Reckon support team. My software was compromised.
I had to remove installed program and they supplied new software download.I have downloaded & installed the new software & been able to open my file successfully. It was a trying process however I am back!

the program ended up telling me my software was compromised. The download was corrupted! Crazy as I had used that download successfully in April.
The 1st responders were in able to help, it took a few attempts to get through to the right people.

Error shown is error 90.
I i downloaded the programme and that was as far as i got. I was not able to see what to do to progress further. Message was to remove installed programme however I could not open the programme at all. Not being a tech wiz I am worried about losing all my work.
