Why aren't any sent emails not showing in email log since 2025 upgrade

I Reckon Hosted any emails I have sent since I updated to new 2025 are not showing up on email log I hope the emails are actually being sent (I sent one to mysef and it came through) but there is no way to tell if they have been sent if they are not appearing in the log.

    Hi there @NarellePaterson

    Just checking, do you have the correct date range selected in the Email Report for the emails you're looking for?

    Yep dates seem to be set correctly

    Hmm interesting.

    I've just checked tried emailing in my test file on Reckon Accounts Hosted 2025 and it seems to have gone through fine and appears in the email log as well.

    Is the email you sent to yourself from Hosted today also not appearing in the email report?

    no it has not appeared I have sent some to the boss today he received them but still not appearing no emails are appearing in log since the 19th June . Initially I thought it may have been something to do with the update but I can't remember if I updated before I did the pays on 26th before I updated but payslips etc for that day don't appear on the log . Could I have done something wrong in the upgrade eg I tried to rename the company file name to June 2025 but when I do backups it saves to the previous backup name have I stuffed up something

    Also doing some trouble shooting and noticed that there is no email provider box to select as shown in a page I googled could this be the issue?

    OK now I am just flat out embarrassed the email log is correct and is updating it's just I was looking for the latest emails sent to be at the top I have to scroll down to see the latest oh dear I am getting too old for this. I am relieved that it's all OK and sorry to have hassled you for nothing. 😳
