What date do I perform "Finalise Year" STP?

I'm about to process payroll today 02/07/25 - for the payroll week of 25/06 - 01/07.

Shall I run "Finalise year" before or after todays payroll. Just unsure as it crosses over into the current payroll year.

I have updated the new Reckon 2025 on Monday 30/06/25

Hi @Redline

The pay date (not period) is the determining factor on where a pay run belongs so if the payrun you're creating today has a pay date of 2 July it will fall in the new 2025/26 financial year.

Reckon Accounts Hosted will do that automatically, you just need to ensure you've completed any pay runs for the previous 2024/25 financial year prior to actioning your EOFY finalisation.
