Screen size

Following an upgrade a few months back, I found the screen on my laptop was very short and the 'NEXT' etc buttons could not be accessed. I found if I opened the new Full Screen button, the problem was solved. However, I have found now that the screen size has become short again, so there is a narrow band of programme with black screen above and below. I am unable to complete Pay Bills, because I cannot access the Pay button. Can anyone tell me how to solve this frustrating problem please? Lyn

Hello again. I opened Reckon Hosted again and the screen size problem is no longer a problem. Suddenly I am able to use the arrow to drag the screen size down. Sorry to have troubled anyone but I'm very relieved.๐Ÿ˜‰

    Hi @Lyn Nosow

Glad to hear it's sorted. Out of curiosity, are you using Reckon Accounts Hosted on a laptop screen or connected to an external monitor?

Also, did you do anything in particular to rectify the view or did it just come right after logging in again?

Thank you RAV. I am using Reckon Hosted on a laptop. I didn't really do anything to resolve the situation. I think it must have been our ridiculously slow internet causing the problem. We are about to change providers, as I am unable to use the computer at night once people are using Netflix etc due to the incredibly slow speed. Anyhow, thank you for your reply. Have a wonderful day.

    Hi @srckharris

Are you using Hosted on a laptop screen or a PC with an external monitor?

Can you please check out the info that my friend @Lucas has put together in this post HERE and see if it helps at all?
