    Is there a current issue with the 2025 version not automatically updating to 12%? our clients are having to manually change this in every employee card even on the 2025 version.

    Thanks Rav, I'm guessing that was on an update email that no clients read 😅

    We also had someone in reckon support team who told a client to do it manually so seems like confusion all round!

    you should have had a pop up message when you first opened V2025

    I'm sorry to hear that, while manual adjustment is possible, its not the best way so I'll feed this back to our teams just to make sure we're all on the same page in terms of what we're communicating.
