Help! My new Reckon v31 wont open

Hello there
I need support with opening my latest version of Reckon v31.

I uninstalled the old version. Reckon 2022. All good.

I downloaded the new Reckon v31 file and it seemed to go well.
It unzipped all good.
I now have the Reckon Icon on my desktop.

I click on it, there is a flash of something that pops us and then nothing.

Apparently I need to enter the installation key.
But there is nothing that opens for me to do anything.

Of all the years that I have been with Reckon, I landed with someone that was most unhelpful.

Please someone out there,
what do I do next???

    Me too. I spent ages on the phone with support staff just to get it installed and now it won't open. I guess another half hour tomorrow.

    I uninstalled it a couple of times and downloaded it again.
    Same thing happening, not opening.
    Half an hour? All this takes me half a day!

    Every year Reckon have been most helpful.
    This time, its the most I have ever paid to Reckon for zero support.

    She did not know the steps, she had no patience with me, to even say give it a minute to download and then a box should show up saying this or that.
    Just kept telling me, I have to do it on my own.
    Of course, I have to do it, Im the one in front of the pc. But tell me what I should expect at least.

    Anyhoo, come on the angel who will support us now…

    I have had success at last. I don't know how. I just uninstalled one more time, and this time I was able to download and install the new version. Yay. Hope you have success also.

    Its a new day today, I will give it one more try, again.

    I was thinking maybe its because I have new Windows 11, if this was causing something.

    Hello Chris

    Just thought to share that after like my 10th time of uninstall and reinstall, the program worked.

    What I did different on this 11th time, was to reboot my computer to clear any files that may be hanging around.

    Its only taken me 4 days!

    Great! I am so glad. I have finished my BAS now, after thinking I would have to get an extension.

    I found you also need to reboot your PC before you can actually get the program to start
