How can I restore data in Reckon Personal Plus

I have been cleaning out old files to make room on my c drive and I deleted what I thought were old Qdata files. Today, when I opened reckon it was empty. I restored my Backup and to my horror it was a Jan 2025 one. When I looked in my Docs Reckon folder the onlu backup is the Jan one, now dated today, 15/07/2025.

Looking on my desktop, I can see a Qdata from July 8, 2025, which was last time I used the program.

Can I use this one to restore files? If so, how? Reckon is now full of old files only going up to Jan 25!

What is the extension of Qdata file?
