#TipTuesday - Add and send attachments with your invoices! 📎

Hi everyone!
Welcome to another #TipTuesday! 🎉
Today I'm going to highlight the latest feature in our new invoice experience in Reckon One, the ability to include and send additional files as attachments with your invoices!
Attachments can be handy if you'd like to include additional information on an invoice transaction and you can select whether an attachment remains internal to the transaction in your Reckon One book or sent to your customer in the invoice email.
Adding an attachment
Adding an attachment to your invoice in Reckon One is really easy! When you're in the invoice creation screen, simply drag and drop any files on to the invoice screen and it will automatically upload as an attachment to that specific transaction. Alternatively, if you click within the attachment field, you can manually explore your files to find and upload any files.
Sending attachments with your invoice email
If you'd like to send a selected attachment with your invoice email to your customer, its super easy to do so. After uploading the desired attachment to your invoice, simply toggle on the Shared option. Any attachments set to shared will included as a link in your invoice email sent to your customer.
Attached files in an email
Any attached files that have the Shared toggle switched on will be sent with your invoice email and appear as a link within the email. The recipient can click the link to open the attached file.
Supported formats

How do I switch on the new invoice experience?
We're super excited about the new invoice experience in Reckon One! We're starting things slow by progressively making the new invoice experience available to a section of Reckon One users first as opt-in. When creating a new invoice if you see the below banner you can switch to the new invoice experience!
