Bank Reconciliation Feature No Longer Available

I set up a new bank account for each financial year in Reckon Personal.

I set up a new account for FY25. When went to reconcile data on the register against the bank statement for July 2025, the Reconciliation feature is absent from the menu for this account. This feature is still there for prior financial years!!

Is this a feature of latest upgrade for Reckon Personal software? What are the solutions?
