Error saving estimate for this cashbook

Hi there, Can't seem to save estimate for this cashbook after i have made alteration to details

Is there a fix I can apply for this as this is happening for the 3rd time.

    Hi there @abselectrical

    Is this occurring each time you attempt to save this particular estimate?

    After the error appears, do those changes you made actually get saved or do they revert back?

    You've mentioned this is the 3rd time it has occurred, is that all on this one particular estimate or across others as well?

    What sort of changes are you making to the estimate?

    Hi Rav, I am adding items and also changing quantities. Also effecting other estimates as well. In the past was happening to invoices too called support and they fixed it but would love to know how to overcome this problem without calling support.

    Yep that's totally fair. I'm not actually sure what our team may have done to resolve it but let me chase that up.

    I'm going to shoot you an access request to your book, its going to come through separately as an email. Can you please grant access when you have a sec and I'll try to get this looked into.

    Sorry forgot to add, my product dev team will try to do some testing, can you let me know which items and/or quantities you're trying to add to this estimate so we can try carry this out on our end as part of testing the issue.

    @abselectrical quick update, I just jumped in to take a look and I can see the error occurring on EST0216 in my test.

    I also tested out EST0215 just to see if that also exhibited the same problem but in that case adding an item worked ok which is a bit strange.

    I've put the details of this together into a case and sent it over to my product dev team to investigate that error. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

    Just wanted to loop back to this one, our dev team have done a bit of work to address the cause of this issue.

    Can you let me know if you're still experiencing any issues with saving your estimates?
