Leave Not Accruing

My client is using Reckon Accounts Enterprise. The personal and annual leave is set up correctly for the employees but it is not accruing with the pay run.

Thanks Jake, the answer was a simple as deleting the maximum number of hours (it was set at 0.00). Thank you.

Sorry to hear that the leave is not accruing as expected. I just have some questions regarding this so that I can understand the problem better.
- Have the employees ever had leave accrue correctly
- Are all other employees also not accruing leave
