Login on Edge browser
When opening my browser to login to my hosted account I get the following:
I have previously been using this browser with the latest update but had a popup message impacting the address bar which I somehow edited resulting in the above.
Edge works fine on the Edge browser at my other office.
Can anyone assist with this issue.

try using Google Chrome that is the recommended browser - although I use Firefox

From what I understand that AWS login screen can appear if you are also an AWS user separately, this can at times lead to a conflict with the Reckon Accounts Hosted login.
With that said, the easiest way to resolve this is to use Hosted on a separate browser. Google Chrome is the supported browser with Reckon Accounts Hosted, if you login to RAH there does it allow you in successfully?

Thanks Rav, yes I can login with Chrome but cannot understand why Reckon cannot assist when it was working perfectly fine before I mistakenly tried to remove the popup. Obviously, it is a setting issue that could be corrected.

@ChannelDirect are you an AWS user? ie. do you use the AWS platform and have a login for it?

What is the pop-up message that appeared and what did you do specifically to remove it?

Sorry Rav I don't recall exactly but it did relate to AWS with a check box allowing you hide, remove etc.

Have you done the basics like deleting Edge's cookies and cache? You should probably try that as a first port of call and see if it makes any difference.

I have cleared all history and cashe and cookies but still get the same result. Will talk to IT and see if I uninstall Edge and the reinstall.

I have been able to restore to previous by resetting my login password.
I also allowed AWS in cookies.

I thought I read somewhere that Edge is being discontinued - try Chrome or Firefox

Not being discontinued. A legacy version has been retired.
You should be using Brave anyway

@Kris_Williams i could be wrong but I believe that was an older version of Edge that has since been updated.
