Allow old Estimates to be made inactive from the list

Rather than having to open each estimate and select the make inactive check box, allow us to select which estimates to make inacitve from the estimates list by simply un ticking.
Also, being able to make inactive by date would be excellent ie - estimates expire 30days after creation.
