Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID

After reinstalling Reckon V34 over the phone with Reckon support my friend is now unable to print payslips and receives this message

Hi @Kris_Williams ,

Apologies for inconvenience. I believe this error happens when Reckon accounts is unable to communicate with Microsoft outlook due to corruption in Microsoft outlook. Please find the attached KB article to resolve the issue.

I was not able to follow these instructions as they just did not work and the requested file did not seem to be on the computer, however I did change the Outlook choice in Preferences - send forms. I changed the email providor from Outlook classic to classic V2 and all is back to normal
