Reckon One has received a huge new update which introduces some awesome new features to take your invoice customisations to the next level! 🚀

✨ 3 new modern invoice templates!
There are 3 brand new invoice templates in Reckon One that not only bring in a fresh, contemporary look but also incorporate in-depth customisation which allows you to tailor your invoices to suit you and your business.
The new invoice templates are Bold, Light and Compact templates.
New customisation features!
We've introduced a range of new customisation options so you can personalise your invoices to better reflect the look and feel of your business!
✨ Company Logo Image
You can now set your company logo image per invoice template along with designating its position on your invoice.
Please note: The ability to position your logo image is available on the new invoice templates only.
✨ Add a Feature Colour
You can now personalise your invoice templates by adding a feature colour from a curated palette of colour options which will apply to the header, table header and footer. This allows you to incorporate elements of your brand identity to your invoices along adding visual distinction to key information.

✨ Add a header image
You can add a header image to your invoices which is a perfect way to add additional branding or a specific banner. For example, you could add a Christmas banner during the festive season or a sale banner to promote an upcoming sale.

✨ Duplicate invoice template
You can duplicate a modern invoice template.. you can even duplicate a duplicate template! This is super handy if you'd like to create dedicated templates for specific uses.
You can also rename and delete duplicated templates. Please note: The ability to duplicate templates is available on the new templates only.
✨ Set your default invoice template
We've made it easier to set and manage your default invoice template. Your default template setting has moved from Money In to the Manage Invoice Templates screen.
Simply click on the Change Default Template option and select any template that you'd like to select as your default for new invoices you create.
✨ Ability to Terms and Conditions to your invoices
A highly requested feature has been the ability to add terms and conditions to your invoices and this is now available in Reckon One!
You'll find terms and conditions in your invoice templates by going to Settings ➡️ Manage Invoice Templates ➡️ Select the Invoice Template ➡️ Content ➡️ Footer ➡️ Toggle Terms and Conditions on.

✨ Brand new STP Widget for your dashboard
Its now even easier to keep track of your STP submissions with the new STP Widget!
The STP Widget will show you the latest 3 submissions along with their status to give you a quick at-a-glance look without having to go through to the STP screen.
This gives you instant visibility of your latest STP submissions which allows you to keep track of your statuses and spot any errors without having to click through to the STP screen first.
