how to run a report for one employee showing pay details by the week for one year

Hi All
we need to provide the weekly pay summary including separate columns for gross pay and overtime for one employee for last financial year. i have tried what i can see in Reckon reports but could not find any report can be modified to show one employee, pay details weekly for one year. the columns would be pay items and the rows would be the 52 weeks. any help would be appreciated, thanks
cheers
Jenny

Hi @jenny_9151212 There are a few possible options. None are exactly the format you describe but very similar, showing the same detail.
Filter for just the relevant employee & Last Payroll Year.
Payroll Summary:
You can also choose all or just specific Payroll Items to be displayed. This shows the detail you want but the other way round (columns = per week & payroll items down the side) :
(NOTE: This is generated from a sample file so it doesn't contain consistent weekly pays, but yours will)
Other possible options are:
Payroll Totals:
This one displays Payroll Item Type columns similar to the format you're after BUT only shows totals. Therefore, you would need to generate it for each week's pay day:
You could just use the Payslips ? This shows what you're after each time. You can choose the 3-per-pg option to reduce the pages:

Morning Shaz
thank you 😀 so much for your detailed explanation.
Payroll Summary report is what i after but i could not make it weekly before. the format dose not matter as excel can handle the rearrangement.
i also tried covert payslips from PDF to excel never had any success.
but now i do not need to, thanks again for your time
cheers
