I have a new laptop Asus Vivobook to which has the latest Microsoft office suite on it.
I could not email payslips or remittances directly from Reckon desktop.
I rang support on 9/9/2025 re this matter to which I was told I had to download outlook classic 365 for desktop to which was already installed on my laptop. I took my laptop to a computer technician to which he informed me I did have outlook classic 365 for desktop installed & he rang Reckon for support to which he was given the same answer as I was given. The problem is within Reckon and should be fixed. The computer technician looked at online forums and this appears to be a problem within Reckon itself and has been for sometime. I feel I was fobbed off and the support person did not look into this matter enough and it cost me $155.00 to have this matter sorted to which I should not have had to pay for.
