software (personal Plus) not working

the stock quotes work, then the program falls at the next stage - the program/app just doesn't open.

Have tried uninstalling and reinstall multiple (9) times - neither my prior license OR the new license work, so 16 months cover for $440 (2recent licenses) and no results except to waste 4 hours of my life (so far).

I have made multiple email, community and phone attempts for you to supply software that works, and I have now been without accounts for 3 days (to be fair only 1 day is due toi you so far) - unless you fix today that will make it almost a week. I have been a personal customer since 1993 and this is really spoiling things. At my work we have several Reckon Hosted licenses

My hourly rate is $75, so you are owing me quite a lot already due to your faulty product - this appears not to be fit for purpose and if so that has serious consequences.
Please just make the program work, so we can find an objective solution.

    Multiple automatic "reports" were generated between 8.30pm and 10.45pm last night, so the error must be apparent

    With all my dealings with reckon I have always found that it's never the program but the operator, the way it has been set up, I am on holidays at the moment but when I get back I will fix it for you you're always on holidays.
