Tax Table Update for Student Loans

I get this message when I try to update the tax tables. I am the administrator.
Given that I have do not have any employees with a student loan, am I able to continue to do pays without this update?

If you can please run the software as Admin and try to update the Tax Table. Please confirm if the error still persists.
